Rita C. Dixon

Attorney At Law

Rita C. Dixon has over a decade of legal experience advocating for clients in and out of the courtroom. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and is willing to listen attentively to your story. Mrs. Dixon will advocate for you and advise you honestly with a straightforward approach. She believes that strong advocacy can be achieved without sacrificing moral standards and values and she wants you to have the tools to make the best decisions for you and your family.

Mrs. Dixon earned her Juris Doctor in 2006 from Thurgood Marshall School of Law.  She received her BA degree in 2002 from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  She has been the managing attorney owner of the firm since 2014.

Ms. Williams is excited to bring families together through pre-marital agreements, adoptions, surrogacy/gestational agreements and parentage actions. Ms. Williams looks forward to helping her clients navigate the legal aspects of assisted reproduction and family creation. Her priority is making sure clients feel supported and heard. Ms. Williams also handles child support cases, divorces, probate administration cases and guardianship cases. Ms. Williams applies her knowledge and skills to achieve great client results. She possesses grit and determination when fighting for her clients.

Ms. Williams grew up locally in the North Texas area. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Science in 2017. She majored in Government with an emphasis in Legal Studies. Ms. Williams graduated from the University of North Texas at Dallas – College of Law in 2022. While in law school, she was on the mock trial team, placing fourth overall in competition. In 2021, she was also a part of the Dallas Women’s Lawyer Association’s Leadership Class. Ms. Williams was also a community engagement ambassador, a teaching assistant, and a reoccurring speaker on panels for the law school. Ms. Williams was also a student lawyer for the Joyce Ann Brown Innocence Clinic. During the summers, she interned for Judge Ernest White, the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office, Judge Nancy Mulder, and Justice Leslie Osborne. After taking the bar exam, she did two post bar internships with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Williams has a passion for serving others in her community and looks forward to serving you as well!

Heidi Paul


Heidi Paul is an experienced paralegal with over 15 years of experience in the legal field. She has a heart for service and cares about each client’s case. Heidi is invested in making sure you are satisfied with the legal services you receive. Heidi assists with responding to emails and phone messages, drafting correspondence and pleadings, e-filing and supports the lead attorney with hearing and trial preparation. Heidi is involved in all aspects of your case and makes sure your case runs smoothly and efficiently.

Heidi Paul is a graduate of Rhode Island College where she majored in Sociology. She received her paralegal certificate from Bridgewater State University. Heidi and her husband, Markus, live in Little Elm, Texas and have a remarkable blended family which consists of four children, Dwayne, Mathias, Jairus and Tabitha, and two dogs, Angel and Lolo.

Chinyere Seay

 Chinyere Seay specializes in navigating new potential clients through the intake process. This includes assisting with new client correspondence and documentation. Chinyere establishes interpersonal communication with each individual and helps each person feel comfortable. She wants to understand each person’s story and to gather case details to assist in quality representation.

Chinyere graduated from Ashford University and earned a B.A. in December 2014. She is originally from the east coast but has been enjoying Texas since 2011. Spending time with her husband and two children is her happy place. Chinyere is actively involved with her local church, One Community in Plano.

Business Manager

Cumba S. Dixon is a diverse accounting and finance professional with 21 years of experience in the retail, chemical, manufacturing and construction industries. Mr. Dixon served as an Accounting Manager at Vira Insight prior to serving as the Business Manager for the Firm. He brings his experience, knowledge and expertise as an accountant into the legal services realm. Mr. Dixon is responsible for all aspects of billing, payroll, accounting and business management.

Mr. Dixon earned his Master of Business Administration in April 2011 from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Accounting Degree in May 2002 from Paul Quinn College in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Dixon is a Financial Wellness Coach who assists individuals and families to establish skills and habits to acquire financial success as well as empower individuals on their journey to financial peace. Mr. Dixon enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and connecting with friends.
